For all the new faces on here, I'd love to introduce myself 👋 I am Megan Joyce, LAC FABORM and I'm an expert in functional medicine and fertility. Guided by a holistic well-being approach and rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, I offer fully virtual programs customized to each patient's unique needs.​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ Drawing from my background in Psychology and my passion for holistic medicine, I believe that the most powerful form of healing is achieved by addressing the person on every level - mind, body, and spirit. I received my BA in Psychology from UCSB and am a published co-author of scientific research in the field of Social Psychology and Bio-Psychology. Graduating summa cum laude from Emperor’s College of Oriental Medicine, I pursued advanced training in Gynecology and Internal Medicine at Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China.​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ I take pride in being a fellow of the American Board of Acupuncture and Reproductive Medicine, having assisted hundreds of individuals and couples in their journey to expand their families. My deep involvement in the Orange County birth community has connected me with doulas, midwives, and OBGyns, allowing me to provide integrative prenatal and postpartum care. My dedication to enhancing my expertise led me to complete training through the Kalish Institute of Functional Medicine, and I am currently immersed in my second year of Advanced Clinical Training in Functional Medicine.​​​​​​​​ ​​​​​​​​ My personal journey led me to naturally overcome my own infertility due to PCOS, a triumph that brought two children into my life and remains my pride and joy. Outside of my professional pursuits, I cherish moments spent in nature with my family and nurture a passion for travel, always seeking to experience diverse cultures.
