Shell has signed an agreement to acquire @ubitricity, a leading #EV on-street charging provider, in its latest step to support drivers making the switch to lower-carbon transport. Founded in Berlin, Germany, ubitricity operates in a number of European countries, and is the largest public EV charging network in the UK with over 2,700 charge points. #electricvehicle #evcharging
