The Roadrunner Has Landed! This piece of artwork belonged to my grandma and grandpa. It was by the table in their kitchen and my brother, cousins, and I always called it The Roadrunner. I still can see the cartoon roadrunner when I look at it today. When my grandpa died and my grandma went to assisted living, a lot of their artwork went to various family members. And I felt very lucky that I got this piece. It’s been near my dining room table ever since. And now, The Roadrunner is officially in my new home! It’s stored away in a closet while the renovation finishes up, but this will be where it lives when I get to hang it up. And I feel like it was meant to fit in that perfect spot!
