Upside down rice Last week was one of the hardest in recent memory but we finished with smiles on our faces thanks to the incredible people we have the privilege of working with on a daily @super8restaurants A big thank you to Riccardo that heads up @180.corner for the opportunity to take control of such a special space and the team. The menu evoked so many childhood memories for me, as we prepped the smell of the ingredients had me a little emotional from the prawn Kofte my Aunt used to make to the crispy rice me and my cousins would fight over, using plate ware that was almost never used and confined to a cupboard at my grandmothers house for special occasions was a lot of fun and almost felt rebellious.
