Paris day 5 🇫🇷 The day the temps hit 105 and my ankles disappeared...In a little baby news...we found out what we’re having right before this trip! Any guesses? 👶🏼⁣ ⁣ It was Saturday and I planned a day-to-night date for us✨ Looking back at photos I can’t believe how much we packed in but Paris gave me that can’t go to sleep or I’ll miss something feeling! We started the day with LUNCH at LouLou 🍋🌿 I think it was actually 110 degrees under the umbrellas and I kept ice cubes on my wrists but man was it worth it. This was the best iced tea I’ve had in Paris made with my favorite Mariage Freres. I had an insanely delicious green drink and then we ordered the lightest things on the menu. The location (Louvre), ambiance, and decor, puts this at the top of my list! I was obsessed with the green striped ashtray and asked if they would sell on to me and they DID! 〰️ LOUVRE Frank had never been so we did a speed trip. Honestly it was so packed that I felt slightly uncomfortable but needless to say if you’ve never been - go! CONCERT 🎼 this was the night we went to Sainte Chapelle for a truly memorable chamber orchestra performance of Vivaldi’s four seasons. If there is one thing you do in Paris, make it this. No words can describe the feeling. 〰️ DINNER at Girafe I chatted a bit about this spot already but it is the most incredible view of the Eiffel Tower and especially at night when it sparkles (at 11pm, 12pm, and 1am). Reservations are tough for both spots so absolutely book these in advance or ask your concierge for help! The good ones have a direct 📞 to all the best restaurants in Paris. If you’re planning a special trip with someone you love to this beautiful city try your best to go here and sit on the terrace 🌚✨
