Recruit. Train. Deploy. Win ❤️‍🔥🇺🇸 We need great candidates to win elections, but candidates can’t and don’t win on their own. They need professional, well-trained campaign staff to support them to victory. While the right has systematically built a standing army of campaign staffers, the left has chronically underinvested in recruitment, training, and retention of campaign staff. That’s where Arena comes in. We recruit and train campaign staff and then deploy them to competitive campaigns and movement organizations. Our (all star) team held our largest training to date in Atlanta this past April, with 500+ people attending from 40 states to prepare to deliver victory for democrats. Since 2019, Arena has trained 8,000 campaign staff and volunteers. Participants of Arena’s trainings range from experienced politicos to those brand new to politics, all sharing a common commitment to winning in 2024 and building democratic power for decades to come.
