We have recently completed a full renovation of a remarkable and prominent end of terrace property in the heart of the Parsons Green Peterborough Estate. The clients Brief included a full internal refurbishment including a new dining area to the front of the property, new kitchen/living spaces to the rear, relocation of the master suite to the rear of the house, and further bedrooms all with en suites to upper floors. The basement has been extended to the front to allow for a new external lightwell, with a gym, family room and music room to the rear. The existing splayed footprint of the property provided opportunities for utilising larger living and bedroom areas at the rear, overlooking the newly landscaped garden. Given previous renovation works to the house, we utilised as much of the existing structure and fabric of the building as possible. . . . . .
