They will create an environment that motivates team members, volunteers and program participants to bring the organization’s mission to life. Successful candidates will bring a deep understanding of curricular design, experience providing exceptional professional learning opportunities for adults and a background in managing the behind the scenes details required for programmatic success. ✨Part-Time Operations Coordinator The Operations Coordinator is a logistics mastermind who enjoys wearing multiple hats and engaging with a variety of stakeholders. As the organization’s backbone of support, the Operations Coordinator will ensure strong systems and processes are hallmarks of behind-the-scenes work. Under the direction and guidance of the Executive Director, the Operations Coordinator will drive a consistent and high-quality volunteer experience, manage development operations and oversee timekeeping and payroll processes.
