What a difference 1 year makes. (Today vs 1yr ago) People will look at these pictures and see the pounds loss. I see so much more. This past year I began to focus on my mental health. I created boundaries, I started speaking my truth and began chasing peace. 🕊️ I no longer force myself to do things I don’t want to do or spend time with people who bring me down. I used to numb my feelings with food and wine. No more. And to my surprise the world did not end and everyone is perfectly FINE. 🤣🙄 I thought being agreeable was loving and kind.
