I will remember this past February for the rest of my life. Went to Mexico for the first time, cooked & made new friends. I got on the plane back inspired but sad to land back in the rat race. Woke up the next morning overjoyed to be in my bed and ready to cook. I put that lingering Mexico energy onto plates in Brooklyn with @oklava.paris and it turned out beautiful. Thank you to everyone that’s pictured and not pictured that had a hand in making this month which I thought was going to be a scheduling nightmare into a life long memory.
