I wanted something light and fresh 🤌 Tonight we have sweet balsamic glazed brussels sprouts with shallots and smoked coconut "bacon" bits. Farm fresh, oven baked squash and zucchini smothered in brandywine marinara, made fresh with farmers market heirloom brandywine tomatoes, yellow onions, fresh thyme, basil, garlic and salt.
