A little late to post something about @lorettalynnofficial. When I hear about one of the cornerstones of country music passing away, it just hits me in a really dull and sad kind of way. Takes awhile to process. Loretta is Country Music. In her songwriting and singing of course, but also her presence and personality. Her death removes another huge piece of the infrastructure of this town and music. Anyway....I know she leaves behind an incredible legacy and catalog of music, and 90 years is pretty good!...but its sad. And as I tell my kids, it’s ok to sit with the sadness of a situation for awhile, which is what I guess I’ll do. Thanks Loretta for all you did for this music I love so much. RIP
