don’t know who need to hear this, but i used to take a couple tequila shots before performing to “take the edge off.” ...which honestly turned into a dependency. the idea of crowds/public speaking has always freaked me out. BUT i decided to do this whole tour completely sober (on and off stage) & the results have been beautiful. i feel so much more alive, more in control, more connected with y’all & just generally more confident. i don’t even get nervous anymore. liquid courage is a lie. this has been my favorite set of shows in my entire life & i can’t believe it’s almost over 😭🤍 📸: @maegangrendellphoto
