Benefitting the southern and northern Arizona Beekeepers Associations and @the_bee_conservancy, we partnered with @jackdaniels_us and @breakthrubevaz to create a Tennessee Honey dinner in our North Scottsdale location to shine light on an important environmental topic. Break Thru Beverage's message to protect the bees was beautifully conveyed by our design team's use of yellow and orange accents, hexagonal details and live honeybees. Our Executive Chef, @nickrusticus, explains: “We worked with @rangohoney to utilize multiple forms and types — bee pollen finishing salt, raw honeycomb to bring a pop to the dessert, as well as mesquite and clover honey with respective dishes to focus on each course’s flavor profiles.” Stunning craft cocktails by @aspenblivefree also accompanied culinary, following the same creative honey integration for every libation.
