I really should post more. . Total balayage overhaul on @d_pellegrine 🤩. Came in with ultra grown out balayage (over a year) and wanted to see the blendy melty blonde higher up like we did last year, and a nice haircut 💇‍♀️ . (Typically I see my balayage-look clients anywhere from 3 months to over a year for a touch up, depending on preference and the particular look, as my specialty is blended, low maintenance looks.) . . 🚨🙋🏼This took about 5 hours total, but please don’t take this as standard timing. In fact there is no standard timing, because everyone’s hair and desire is different which is why I require all new color clients to have a consultation before booking because “balayage” or “highlights” are VERY broad terms. 5 hours is typically *minimum*. If she had had more hair (as in density, amount of hair not length) she could have easily been here for 8+ hours. . . 😷Also this video was done before Boston had our mask restriction put back into place so the city does now require masks indoors again, which means the salon does too. .
