⚠️ You will see my Stoma ⚠️ Daily Bag Change Routine 💗 After having my bag for 10 years I definitely have mastered changing it. It’s second nature to me now as it’s part of my daily routine and my life! There are so many different things which we can use! So many different bags that can be used too! We find what is best for us by trial and error. Which is never an easy time to endure but I got there eventually! The products I use are @coloplast convex Sensura Mio bag. Code is 16601. This bag changed my life. I used to leak ALL the time and I’m SO glad I found my bag 💗 Then it’s the wet wipes and barrier stick! The wipes are to clean the area and the stick is to protect the skin as 💩 is very acidic and burns the skin! So it’s nice to have that extra protection. Then it’s my bag removal spray! Just makes it not stick and it peels right off no pulling 🥰 I used to think this is quite a private thing to share however, it is also super educational and I know back when I had my surgery I really do wish that I could have watched videos like this to help me adjust to life with a bag. Which is why I started my account. To help and educate others and also to just normalise that our bodies are wonderfully different! There should be no shame in having a bag and wearing a bikini. The more we normalise this the more accepting society will be ❤️ I hope this video was educational and not offensive as that is not my intention.
