Given the world we inhabit and the reality we are experiencing right now, there is undoubtedly no more significant time to celebrate the progress we have achieved towards acceptance and diversity these last decades. But we are also in jeopardy of losing all we have gained if we do not recognize that nothing is a given unless we remain constant.
