Im speechless ,really, but first and foremost I want to thank my parents. You guys have done everything possible to give a young kid with dreams big enough to fill up a swimming pool a shot at accomplishing them. 18 years ago you guys made the first step to let a young skinny kid from Mondercange Luxembourg be different and ever since then you guys never stopped believing in me. Secondly I want to thank my teammates, Coaches and friends, for always being there for me. You guys are the ones that keep me motivated enough to fight through all the missed birthday parties, the endless hours staring at that black line in the pool and countless "no sorry I can't make it, I have swim practice tomorrow"s . Lastly, everyone and anyone who has shown me support along this so far short and successful career that I have been given the blessing to have. I can promise you guys one thing. It is far from over. I've always been a kid with dreams so big that they were almost deemed crazy, delusional or downright unrealistic. But I once heard somebody say, and I wish I still knew who. Dreams are only crazy until you make them come true, then you turn into a genius. So I'll leave yall here with a big thank you on helping me make this massive jump in my races this weekend, which we ultimatley closed out with a 2:02,94 in the 200 IM and a silver medal at a meet I once dreamed only to be able to attend. Additionally, I will have the opportunity to race at European Championships at the end of this season in Serbia where I once again get to represent my country. Thank you so much everyone!
