This industry is a slog, day in day out. You serve breakfast , you turn down beds, you remain at it 24/7 - 365 days a year. There is little room for error and when it does happen, you have to recover quicker than you can blink again. 233 rooms, 1000 acres, ENDLESS pursuits and activities, an F&B offering like no other, a retail arcade spanning 6 different stores, a beautiful spa with our own homemade oils and balms. This operation is no small feat. It is relentless. But so is he 😅 and makes us so ! I salute this entire operation @thegleneagleshotel you are all AWESOME and you do us so proud day in and out .
