I was four when you were born. And I’ve been right by your side since the day you started breathing. I was by your side when you started walking and talking, and then when you learned how to swim and run and climb. And when you started growing up, you became more than just my little bubba I needed to protect with my whole heart. You became my best friend and confidante. Now I’ve been by your side through life. Through its peaks and valleys. Navigating the hard stuff, mistakes and emotions without the fear of ever being loved less. Celebrating the great stuff, no matter how big or small the win. And by far, my most favorite thing to be a part of, is walking alongside of you as you experience the world and all it has to offer. I feel like the most lucky girl in the world to be a big sister.
