overnight oats are one of my favorite ways to prep breakfast when I have a busy week š ā£

I just combine about 3/4 cup rolled oats with 1 cup nut milk, chia and hemp seeds, berries, cacao nibs, almond butter, cinnamon and vanilla if Iām in the mood...you can add protein powder and/or maple syrup or honey for a little sweetness too. I switch it up! Refrigerate overnight and breakfast is ready on the go š
