Say “YES” if McDonald’s fries are your absolute FAVORITE carb 🍟😭
Ingredients:
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup boiling water
3 tsp xanthan gum
Salt & peper
Instructions:
1. Combine dry ingredients and mix together.
2. Add your water, mix & roll the dough into a smooth ball.
3. Leave covered for 15 minutes.
4. Flatten out between parchment paper.
5. Cut into fry shaped pieces.
6. Fry in avocado oil, turning until all sides are golden.
7. Take out, add to a paper towel, season, & enjoy!
This is a delicious and healthy low carb frenchy fry recipe for when you get a craving but still want to keep it keto 👍
