Per la Festa del Ringraziamento quest’anno abbiamo avuto il piacere di ospitare a Solomeo i carissimi Ryan Seacrest e Nirav Tolia con le loro belle famiglie e amici. Abbiamo provato a modo nostro a preparare i piatti della tradizione tipici di questa festa, sperando di essere riusciti almeno in parte, nell’intento di ricreare quei profumi e sapori che tutti noi abbiamo nel cuore quando pensiamo a una ricorrenza speciale come questa. Se dei risultati culinari non possiamo essere certi, è sicuramente vero che ricorderemo con affetto e gratitudine i momenti di lieta e sincera amicizia che insieme abbiamo condiviso. For Thanksgiving this year, we had the pleasure of hosting in Solomeo our dearest Ryan Seacrest and Nirav Tolia with their beautiful families and friends. We have tried our hand, in our own way, at preparing Thanksgiving's traditional dishes; hopefully we have succeeded – at least in part – in recreating those scents and flavours that we all have in our hearts when we think of a special occasion like this.
