Get into the habit of asking, "does this support the life I am trying to create ?" I know I do. This week I hit a wall, I said yes too many times, I said no to sufficient rest and support. And while I believe in what I’m doing more than ever, it is proven in my experience that the world will take what you give and keep asking for more like a hungry, growing baby with a bottomless appetite. And there is a fear that if you say no, you’ll miss your chance or bad things will happen. So today, I am asking this question. I invite you to follow the question " does this support the life I am trying to create?" Think about your relationship. Think about your attitude. Think about your work ethic. Think about your diet.
