Happy thanksgiving ! 🧡🙃😘 Y’all know I love to throw down in the kitchen! 👩🏻‍🍳 This year my cousin requested ropa vieja empanadas that I made one year but 7 hours in the kitchen wasn’t happening lol! Aside from being a professional makeup artist💄 cooking is a love of mine and I cook for those I love ❤️ This year I made Homemade spinach empanada filling (ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, parsley, cubed mozzarella cheese,garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, 1 egg, spinach sautéed drained and squeezed out before adding to mixture. Add a spoon full to pastry dough & seal with a fork 🤤 you can dry or bake them! 2. Fun fact I was adopted and raised by Italians and also lived with Dominicans for a few years when I was younger and I’ve learned whatever I possibly could between learning the culture, cooking and dancing!💃 I absolutely love all cultures and food 🤣 #chefreb #promua #makeup #korean #asiangirls
