The autumn sky is blue, cosmos flowers sway in the breeze, and the sun is dancing off the surface of a nearby river; a Rotary volunteer is describing this and more as you ride through Mushimcheon River Park in Cheongju, Korea. Excitement is in the air, and it's the 5th annual tandem bicycle ride organized by the Rotary Club of Cheongju Dream. The ride pairs a volunteer with a resident of Gwanghwawon, a group home for people with visual impairment. Volunteers drive residents through the park and describe the scenery to residents.
