Try our easy and delicious Volvic Peachberry ice lolly recipe! 🍑 Follow the steps below and share your creations making sure to tag us ☀️🍡✨🌊⛱ Ingredients:​ - Ice lolly mould​ - Mixing bowl​ - Mixing Spoon or Whisk ​ Ingredients (Serves 6):​ -500ml Volvic Touch of Fruit Peach & Raspberry​ -6 tablespoons of honey​ -6 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice​ -400g of fresh raspberries​ -1 tinned peach slices Method​​: ​Step 1​​ In a mixing bowl, whisk the honey and lemon juice in with Peach & Raspberry Volvic Touch of Fruit. ​​ Step 2 ​​ Place the fresh raspberries and peach slices evenly into the six ice lolly moulds in an aesthetic manner. ​​ Step 3​​ Pour the honey, lemon and Volvic mixture evenly into each of the ice lolly moulds leaving a 1/2 cm gap at the top to allow for expansion.​​ Step 4​​ Place the lollies in the freezer for 1 hr until the mixture is solid enough to support a lolly stick.
