Since we’ve moved, it has taken us a while to readjust. To get familiar with a new pānānā. And in all that chaos, our creativity took a hit. It has been a while since we’ve sat down and sketched. So, in honor of a jolt of creativity hitting during the Lāʻau moons, here’s a piece inspired by trying to understand our pānānā and being a part of solid conversations ✨ The ridge line to the right of ʻIolekaʻa helps us understand where the sun is at in its cycle. We’re still trying to uncover it’s name. When we throw open our curtains in the morning, we watch the clouds engulf the mountains, hiding them away. When we shut them for the evening, we gaze at the stars as they dot the night sky. We’re so grateful and excited to continue learning more about our new space. And as @homaikapono reminded us: there’s only so much you can learn from the words of a book.
