I can’t believe it but... WE DID IT 😭🎉🏡🔑 We are officially homeowners ahhhhhh !!!!! 🥺😍🤯 You’ve no idea how obsessed I am with this house!!! It brings me so much happiness, my new home is literally my little ray of sunshine 🥺🌤💛 My one dream was to have a double-sided house so like with the door in the middle & windows on either side I was shockeddd that we actually got one, in our budget, in Dublin... wtf 🙈😭😂 I hope that this gives proof that it is possible for two young people to buy a house in Dublin (even though it seems impossible) 🥹 We’re only 25, we don’t earn crazy money (trust me lol I’m broke), we don’t have rich parents (I wish hahah), we didn’t receive a claim or anything like it, and do you know what we also didn’t do? We didn’t kill ourselves saving in the process 🫣 We saved as much as we comfortably could every month, still going on every holiday & to every festival we want - just taking a lil bit longer to get there butttt staying sane (important part) 🥰💀😂 I’ll leave a little timeline at the end as it’s my most asked mortgage/house question in my dms on the dailyyyy!!! 🤣🤣 & now I can finally share it with you all eeeekkkk get ready for the house spam!!!! 👀😏😮‍💨 Ps the reason why it took so long for me to share it is cause I was recommended to not post it online until I had the keys in my hand as anything can back track & go wrong...and we’re sale agreed since April!!! 😰 Imagine how hard that was for my blabbermouth 💀😂😂 and then I envisioned this post with personalised dated keyrings so I had to wait for them to arrive HAHAHAH priorities 💅🏼🔑 Anyways, we started saving on 7th August 2020, mortgage approved on 23rd December 2021, viewed the house on 13th April 2022, sale agreed on 25th April 2022 & homeowners on 28th July 2022 🥺🏡🔑 I know I’ve said it a million times before but couldn’t have done it without @the_mortgage.guy - best in the business 🏡🤯
