I’ve been circling this frame of mind a lot recently. As I’m becoming more and more present in the moment, I’m realizing that time and again ‘this moment’ is soon just a memory. Some of which will be forgotten soon. Some not so soon. Some that will last in your heart until the day it stops beating. And some that will feel like they’ll be etched into your soul for as long as eternity exists, long after you have gone. How fascinating is it to feel grateful for being able to live in the moment and to also romanticize the future along with it. The grande and ineffable mysteries and ways of life will forever have my heart and soul evolving with it. And for that I’m thankful. ♡
