Sunday Scoop!!! Try this fun little block challenge & tag a friend to join you.
*Start balancing the block on your foot Pilates V (slight turnout activates inner thigh/pelvic floor) bend and extend the leg.
*Transfer the block to the other foot and repeat the plies.
*Reach up grab the block and roll up to sit!
This is also great for the muscles in the feet!
PS try not to hold your breath 💫
