Today I woke up to a handmade card from my son, took a dance class, had lunch with a friend, got 200 texts from Democrats, bought myself a mood ring, a poetry book and a fancy candle. Off to have dinner with my love and then we’ll cap it off with some candlelight yoga. I’d say this is a swell birthday, wouldn’t you?
