I Am very proud to report that 9 waistbeads fell completely off as a result of my journey. Reminder: my journey consist of fasting 3 days a week (prayer, meditation 🧘🏾‍♀️, mindfulness) and no wheat 🌾, no dairy on the days I eat! Plenty of water!
