Fast forward 10 months later and I was completely clear & pain free. Beyond this result I feel a deep connection to myself I didn’t have before, a vibrancy that shines from the inside, I truly believe this vibrancy is from honoring my body, learning how to nourish her properly, living with her seasons and embracing them, seeing weight shifts as the body coming back into harmony and finding protection, seeing my energy, temperature & excitement for life as my true health markers. This journey has been one of the toughest for me because I honestly felt so alone, there’s such a lack of information & people really don’t speak about this openly, yet when I share about it so many women respond and are dealing with the same issues. This is what sent me on a deep dive to try to uncover the root cause of why so many young, healthy, vibrant women are getting diagnosed with pre cancerous cervical changes.
