Slowly building my metabolism back up from the wedding!
I’m now averaging about 1,800 Cals which is about 200 more than what I was averaging 2 months ago, and I’ve only regained about 1/2 an inch to my waist, thighs and booty!
I’m doing less cardio and going heavier in the gym which is why the bump in calories doesn’t have me gaining a ton of weight.
I’m sending the muscle building signal by doing more weights as opposed to the catabolic “muscle break down signal” with tons of cardio + fueling my body and eating high protein (averaging 150g’s a day).
Loving the reverse diet process!
