READY TO GET SERIOUS? As many of you have requested to learn how to bake from scratch, I finally found a good day for this class to happen. Are you ready to live a day as a professional baker's? Let's do it! This class will be held in Mill Valley and is 8 hours long from 9AM to 5 pm, so dress comfortable and bring your aprons. We will have a 1-hour break for lunch from 12 to 1. You are welcome to bring your own lunch, or we can order in. We will start the day with baking, then make components and decorate the cakes. A 20 mins nap/meditation is mandatory to make sure you are ready for the heavier part in the afternoon, so no phones, please. Snacks, water, cake decorating tools, and ingredients are included.
