Still cannot believe our luck in seeing one of the world’s rarest 🙈! We visited the Van Long Wetland Nature Preserve to spot the Critically Endangered Delacour’s Langur in the wild, a species of monkey that we’d also seen at the Endangered Primate Rescue Center where they’re actively working to rehabilitate the species. With only 300 left in the world, a shockingly low and harrowing number, we knew it would be difficult to spot them in their natural habitat. And yet, we saw THREE! It was such a wild, rare and special experience, and I’m so thankful to the monkeys for coming out to play on their mountaintop home for us to see! @rewild
