Afternoon Tea is served in The Collins Room, which is a light-filled, contemporary and charming space named as a tribute to the legendary designer David Collins. The room has been inventively reimagined by Collins' protégé and creative director for 15 years, Robert Angell, who worked with the British architects, Rogers Stirk Harbour & Partners, to mastermind the glass extension to the room.
