😡👎Court dates for Marineland Canada keep getting postponed because of disclosure issues. 12/7/2022 was the most recent court delay and the 9th appearance before the Crown. 👀 ⚠️Nearly one year ago, Marineland was criminally charged with the unauthorized use of whales and dolphins for entertainment based on LCA’s complaint. Since then, little progress has been made on the case. If cases like this take too long to proceed to trial, they can be dismissed for delay. 🚫 📌LCA calls on the Crown Attorney to prioritize this case and prosecute Marineland to the full extent of the law. 🕙Marineland will be back in court on 12/21/2022.
