This mezcal piña-garita recipe from the gals at @docemezcal was a huge hit at our Salud! studio soirée last month in Brooklyn. Here’s the recipe for your next summer hang: • In a shaker, combine 1/2 cup of pineapple juice, 1 oz of @docemezcal, 1/4 oz of triple sec, 1/2 of lime juice, 1/2 oz of simple syrup, and a splash of soda water • Add ice and shake all ingredients well • Strain into your favorite cocktail glass and garnish with a pineapple spear and lime wedge Want to make it spicy? Add jalapeños to your shaker for mild or to your simple syrup for picante. Serve as is for 1-2 or triple for a crowd. Salud! 🌶️
