Just finished three weeks of Rock ‘n’ Roll Fantasy Camp. Thanks for my forever mentor (I call him that but he’ll never admit it) @toshiyanagimusic for trusting me! I think I kept your seat warm. I used to watch Toshi and Jeff at the Potato with Shogun Warrior when I was 19, helping with their gear after the gig, and dreaming to be playing with them. Also playing for the Kimmel show was always a dream to me as well (Loved the Man Show growing up). Well here I am, playing with Cleto and the Cletones. Plus I get to play with the impeccable, ambassador of badass @rhondasmithbass! Pinch me. And I got to see and chat with Derek Trucks!!!! I felt like a 6 year old in Disneyland for the first time meeting Mickey. What an experience. Thanks everyone at JKL for the hospitality and friendship. And a special thanks to Cleto, Cleto Sr, Rhonda, John, Fred & Jeff for welcoming me on stage. I’ll never forget this experience. Now back to our regularly scheduled program and more ass kicking. Let’s do this.
