next chapter: building a consistent routine after completely 75 hard - forming my own routine that I will be able to stick with is going to be something I focus on in the coming weeks. 75 hard gave me the discipline and structure but now its time to set those habits in place for good! NEW ROUTINE - • early morning routine (5am) at least 3 week days, I will still workout on other days. • 1 rest day (Saturday or Sunday) • 3 liters of water daily • incorporate strength training, pilates and running • no alcohol during the week • high protein, mostly whole foods diet 75 hard got me to where I am now, so let’s continue building off of it!!! 💪🏻
