Instead of complaining, I woke up thanking God for what I do have. For shelter, my health, my sanity. There’s about to be a freeze in Houston and there’s a lot of less fortunate people without essential needs such as shelter, warm clothing, blankets, and food. So a friend & I got together, took money from our own pockets, and went out to serve the less fortunate. If you don’t have money to spend, take what you have at home and allow God to use you to bless people that are less fortunate of you. I gave away so many things, things that I still use, name brand new items with the tags still on them. But I chose to be SELFLESS. I am a child of God, a woman of God, and I will always choose to let our creator use me for His better of good and help others, even when I feel I don’t have much at times.
