Cynar on a rock with a lemon twist is the perfect after dinner drink. Prove me wrong. Finally got a chance to check out @marbledandfinchs last night with my friend @allyslowaymedia. The cocktail program and food were incredible. We were greeted with a welcome cocktail and amuse bouche then ordered the caviar service (with martinis of course), shrimp cocktail and charred oysters with bone marrow (must order!). For our mains, we ordered the dry aged pork chop and ora king salmon which are both highly recommended.
