One for my fellow menstruaters. I recently BEGGED my GP to let me try upping my estrogen to help me with my #PMDD symptomsbecause when I’m in my follicular phase I am so high functioning I can almost forget that in 2 weeks I’ll be a sad mess full of self doubt during my luteal phase. RESULTS: immediately incredible! Like when I say I have my personality back... its the honest truth. It makes me wonder ‘have I been operating on low estrogen the whole time?’ I dont know.
