ad, @inchscider have made sustainability a key focus of their brand - for example, the apples they use in their drink are sourced from within 40 miles of where their mill is! 🍏 they then challenged me to see if i could create a dish using ingredients sourced or grown from within 40 miles of my home, challenge accepted! i used mushrooms, garlic, vegan butter and oat milk all sourced from my local green grocers! this is one of my favourite meals to make for lunch and i thoroughly enjoyed having it in the park with a can of inchs, my go to drink for the summer 🔆
