5 weeks in - 10 pounds down - strength gains up across the board About to start the next 5 week cycle and we gon’ really dial this thing in I do every muscle group once a week. I write down every rep and weight and the goal is simple.. just be stronger than I was last week. I love competition and pushing myself that way keeps me motivated and excited to get back in the gym the next day. Find the thing that keeps you in it and amped to show up. Of course, some days you don’t wanna do it but if you are tracking progress, then you know the ground you’re losing if you don’t get it in. Join me for the next 5 weeks.
