Hello TMR Runners! This summer, the Telluride Ski Area embarked on their Lift 9 upgrade project. This entails removing an entire ski lift, some serious dirt work and the installation of a replacement lift. Due to these circumstances, we will be unable to utilize any portion of the planned TMR courses that travel on the Telluride Ski Area property. We have been diligently working to release amended courses for the 2022 TMR as soon as we received the news from TELSKI. The amended 2022 courses for both the 24 and the 40 mile races share a lot with the original courses. The 13 mile course will be entirely re-routed. While this is an inconvenience to switch the courses, we are really excited about the 2022 courses and we believe that they still will produce a tough and inspiring Mountain Run. We recently sent out an email (through Ultrasignup) to all registered participants giving a brief description of the changes. If you did not receive this email please check you spam box. Here are a few images of the changes made to the 13 mile and 40 mile courses, these two have the most significant changes. The 24 mile race has only a minor reroute at the beginning of the course.
