A few of my favorite combo moves in the new active collection from @johnnywas This new collection is cute and comfortable so you can have a day on the go or get in a killer workout and look good doing all of it! Now grab a set of 5lb dumbbells and do each move for 1 minute. Repeat two times 🌺
• Pilè squat with lateral raise
•Single leg reverse lunge into single leg balance with wide bicep curl (do both sides)
• Alternating Plank Row
• Lateral Lunge with oblique twist (do both legs)
