✨Scroll for a quick bun how-to ➡️ ✨Step-by-step in caption For this style I started by putting the hair in the nape into a ponytail (this acted as my guide for where to pin off the crown) I then let the rest of the hair down and begin to build my shape and texture in the crown. Once the crown is pinned, I then placed the hair padding below my pins. Now for the bun: I split the ponytail into two sections (as labeled) I twist the 1st section behind the 2nd. & carefully twist it up and over- pinning that section at the top and then under my padding (the space between the neck and padding) . I then twist the 2nd section over and up - and pin directly under the 1st section. Use the remainder of section 2 to cover the bottom of the padding. (Tips: Secure first w/ hair pins - it's much easier to take the hair pins out and try again if the twist doesn't sit right on the first try. You can go back and secure with bobby pins once its in the right spot.)
